Remarks

Identity's SecurityStampValidator rebuilds the signed-in principal from the user every so often, and the rebuilt one carries only what IUserClaimsPrincipalFactory<TUser> makes — not the session's own claims this server added at sign-in: sid, idp, amr, auth_time. Without them a refreshed session is a different session to this server. Duende 8.0.1's ISessionClaimsFilter, measured.
