Remarks
Duende 8.0.1's UseAspNetIdentityCookieScheme, measured. AddIdentity makes
ApplicationScheme the default authenticate scheme, which makes it this server's
session cookie; an upstream provider telling this server the user signed out there should end that session, not
the idsrv cookie nobody is signed in to. A host that named SignOutScheme
keeps what it named.
