Duende 8.0.1's members, less one: its CopyConstructor arrives with the IIdentityProviderFactory that
reads it. A kind's name is the key it is registered under and is not repeated here, as it is not there — until
0.97.0 it was, as a Type nothing read.

Remarks
Read for its copy constructor when the kind is registered — what IIdentityProviderFactory makes a row held as the base type into, and so what a cached row comes back as. Duende reads it to register the type with its cache's polymorphic serializer; that serializer here goes through the factory. Read since 0.102.0.
