Remarks

Duende 8.0.1's InvalidSamlServiceProviderConfiguration, measured: an error event with Duende's name, category, type and id offset (ErrorStart + 3), and the validator's reason as its message, raised by the validating service provider store on every read of a registration it refuses. 0.65.0 read Duende's name as a rival to this server's SamlLogoutNotificationFailureEvent and declined it; it is not one — Duende raises it from its validating store, not from logout — and since 0.71.0 this server had the store and logged the refusal without raising anything. In the SAML assembly rather than with the other events because it is built from a SamlServiceProvider.
