Remarks

Every one of these is a registration to go and look at, which is why they are reasons on one event rather than three events. They are distinguished at all because the fix differs: a stale participant is removed from a session's list, a missing URL is added to a registration, and a refused URL is a registration this server will not post to whatever it says.
