Remarks
The 0.13.0 sweep's half of the same silence. A row nothing prunes is a table that grows and a set of relying parties still believing in a session that ended hours ago, which is why the sweep exists; what it did not do was tell the host it had run on anything.
Separate from SessionRevokedEvent for the reason set out there. This one is the least alarming of the three and the most useful in aggregate: a count that climbs is a session lifetime interacting with how people actually work, and it is the only one of the three that says nothing about anybody's intent.
Raised per session removed and never per pass, so a server with nothing to sweep is silent. An event per pass would report an idle deployment as a steady stream of ending sessions.
