Remarks
The whole of what makes OpenID Connect a dynamic provider kind here: everything else — the scheme
appearing in the chooser, the callback path, the sign-in scheme, the sign-out propagation — is the
mechanism's and applies to any protocol. It lives in the Federation assembly because that is where this
server's other OpenID Connect brokering lives, and because AddExternalOpenIdConnect is the static
registration this is the dynamic twin of; the two set the same things and should be read together.
Constructors
DynamicOidcProviderConfigurator(IOptions<DynamicProviderOptions>)
Creates the configurator, as the container resolves it.
public DynamicOidcProviderConfigurator(IOptions<DynamicProviderOptions> options)
Parameters
optionsIOptions<DynamicProviderOptions>The dynamic provider options, whose
SignOutSchemeeach provider's sign-out drops.
Methods
Configure(IdentityProvider, OpenIdConnectOptions)
Sets the handler's authority, client id and secret, response type, UserInfo and PKCE settings and scopes from the row, and its sign-out scheme from SignOutScheme; a provider with no end session endpoint is skipped when a session that began there is signed out of, as a registered one is.
public void Configure(IdentityProvider provider, OpenIdConnectOptions options)
Parameters
providerIdentityProviderThe stored provider, read as an OidcProvider.
optionsOpenIdConnectOptionsThe scheme's OpenID Connect handler options.
