Writes an IEndpointResult as the HTTP response, in place of the result itself. Duende's.

Remarks
Registered with AddHttpWriter<TResult, TWriter>() for one result type, and asked for that type only: with
none registered the result writes itself. A writer owns the response it writes — status, headers and body — and may
decorate the result's own answer by calling ExecuteAsync(HttpContext) itself.
