Duende 8.0.1's IIntrospectionResponseGenerator, measured: active, and for an active token its claims — for an API caller only when the token carries one of the API's scopes, and then with scope narrowed to the API's own.

Builds the introspection response (RFC 7662 §2.2) for a validated request.
