Remarks

Duende 8.0.1's ITokenRevocationResponseGenerator, measured: the hinted kind first and the other second, without a hint an access token first; only the client's own token; a reference access token is removed, and a refresh token is removed with the reference access tokens of its subject, client and session. An unknown token is not an error — RFC 7009 §2.2 answers 200 either way.
