Remarks

The direction single logout needs and sign-on does not: this server sends requests of its own, to the other service providers a session reached, and a request delivered in a form field named SAMLResponse is a message the receiver reads as an answer to something it never asked.

Builds a self-submitting HTML form that POSTs a SAMLResponse to the destination.
