Remarks
Read per request, wherever a path is needed — the router, the return URL, the Destination an inbound message must
name, and the metadata — so one setting moves all of them at once, whether it is made in AddSaml's callback or in a
Configure<SamlOptions> after it. Duende reads its paths once, from AddSaml's callback, to register its
routes.
The paths keep this server's defaults rather than Duende's /Saml2/SSO and /Saml2/SLO: they are published in
metadata and configured at every partner, so moving them is the host's decision to make, not an upgrade's.
