Remarks

Duende 8.0.1's ISamlServiceProviderConfigurationValidator, measured: asked by the validating service provider store on every read, which answers a refused registration as no registration and raises InvalidSamlServiceProviderConfigurationEvent. A host replaces the default by registering its own as this interface; Duende has no builder method for it either.

Checks the registration in context, calling SetError(string) when it cannot be served.
