Duende 8.0.1's, measured: ArgumentException("No filter values set.", "filter"). A filter with nothing set matches every grant, so a RemoveAllAsync handed one would delete them all — the Dapper store built no WHERE clause from it and did exactly that. Every caller in this tree passes a subject or a client; the stores refuse anyway, because the next caller might not. Whitespace is nothing, as in Duende.
