Class TestBackchannelLoginUserValidator

Namespace
Fdyay.IdentityServer.Test
Assembly
Fdyay.IdentityServer.Core.dll

Resolves a CIBA request's hints against the test users. Duende's, for development only.

Inheritance

Implements
Inherited Members

Remarks

Duende 8.0.1's TestBackchannelLoginUserValidator, measured: a login_hint is a username, else an id_token_hint's sub is a subject id, and an active user found either way is the answer. Registered by AddTestUsers unless the host has registered a validator of its own.

A hint here is an unauthenticated assertion by the client about who it wants to reach, and this answers it with no rule about which clients may ask after which users — which is why it is for development only, and why a host writes its own IBackchannelAuthenticationUserValidator before CIBA reaches real users.
