Remarks

The DPoP counterpart to X509Confirmation, and the two are alternatives rather than a pair: a token carries one confirmation, naming the one thing the client proved it holds.

The cnf value naming a key by its thumbprint, as JSON.

Remarks

A thumbprint rather than a key, because by the time a token is being bound the proof has been validated and its thumbprint is the only part worth carrying forward.

The base64url RFC 7638 thumbprint of key.
