Remarks

RFC 8414 §3.1 puts an issuer's path after the well-known segment rather than before it, so an issuer https://idp.example.com/tenant publishes its metadata at https://idp.example.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server/tenant. Duende 8.0.1's IIssuerPathValidator.
