Remarks

A session that began at the provider is signed out of there too. Since 0.179.0 a provider whose discovery document has no end_session_endpoint, as Google's has none, is skipped with a warning rather than failing the sign-out.

Adds an external SAML 2.0 provider (native, no third-party library) that brokers into the identity server.
