Remarks

One call rather than two. A host used to add the application part by hand, which worked and left the headers to be remembered separately — and a page that is served correctly with no frame-ancestors on it looks exactly like a page that is fine. Registering the part is what pulls the pages in, so registering the part is where the filter belongs.
