The provider's single logout URL with a signed, HTTP-Redirect-bound LogoutRequest in its query. Duende's carries the unencoded message; this server's signed-out page loads URLs, so the URL is what is handed over.

RequestId string

The ID of the LogoutRequest, which the provider's answer will name.

SpEntityId string

The service provider it is addressed to.
