Remarks
Duende 8.0.1's, measured. A logout addressed to a service provider has to name the session it is ending in the
provider's own terms — the NameID and the SessionIndex the assertion carried — and neither can be
recovered at sign-out: the NameID can differ by provider, and the session index was made up at sign-on. So both
are recorded with the entity id when the assertion is issued. Until 0.129.0 only the entity id was.
