Remarks

Written on the published EntityDescriptor as cacheDuration and validUntil (SAML Metadata §2.3.1): how often a partner should fetch it again, and the moment it stops being usable at all. The signing key published there rotates with this server's key material, so a partner that refreshes within CacheDuration learns a new key before it signs. As of 0.144.0; until then the metadata said neither.
