Remarks

Duende 8.0.1's DefaultSamlResourceResolver: no AllowedScopes, an allowed scope that is not an enabled identity resource, or a RequestedClaimTypes entry that none of those resources' user claims is, each fails with ConfigurationError, each offender logged at Error. Otherwise the requested claim types when there are any, else every user claim of the resources.
