Creates the client over the named HttpClient (HttpClientName).

Parameters

httpClient HttpClient

The HTTP client the request object is fetched with.

logger ILogger<JwtRequestUriHttpClient>

Receives why a fetch was refused.

options IOptions<IdentityServerOptions>

The server options; under StrictJarValidation the response must be typed application/oauth-authz-req+jwt. Null takes the defaults.
